Water-cooled Series Entry-level Upgraded Intelligent Cold Storage Condensing Unit, equipped with RMDAE-4002-25 air
cooler, is a special intelligent refrigeration equipment for medium-sized cold chain scenarios with sufficient water supply. It adopts dual-circuit water-cooled heat exchange to provide more stable and low-noise refrigeration, supporting intelligent defrosting and remote monitoring.
Supports single/dual EEV options, compatible with R22/R404A refrigerant, pre-charged with 3. 7 kg. Equipped with highefficiency canister condenser, water flow rate 3 m³/h, water connection DN25.

Q1: Does dual-circuit water-cooled heat exchange require two cooling towers?
A1: No, one 8-ton cooling tower is sufficient to meet the condensing demand of the dual-circuit water cooling system. The dual water circuits have been integrated inside the unit, so only a single external water connection is needed.
Q2: When replacing the original air-cooled RMDAC-05 with this water-cooled unit, is parameter re-commissioning required?
A2: No re-commissioning is needed. The unit has been factory-matched with the RMDAE-4002-25 air cooler. It can be started directly after replacement, and IoT system parameters are seamlessly compatible.
Q3: Are there any requirements for cooling water temperature during operation?
A3: The optimal operating temperature for cooling water is 20~30℃. If the cooling water temperature exceeds 35℃, the unit will automatically adjust operating parameters to ensure cooling performance without high-temperature capacity degradation.
Q4: Are the water connections of this unit female or male thread, and are they easy to connect?
A4: The water connections are standard DN25 female thread. Conventional pipe fittings on the market can be connected directly without custom adapters, making on-site installation very convenient.
