This high-capacity intelligent cold storage condensing unit from the air-cooled series, equipped with RMDAE-5002-50 air cooler, is a highly efficient intelligent refrigeration solution designed for large-scale cold chain scenarios. It integrates intelligent refrigeration, staged starting, and data-based management.
It features dual condenser motors and dual air cooler motors, with optional single/dual electronic expansion valves. Compatible with eco-friendly R410A refrigerant, pre-charged 10 kg.

Q1: Is the cost of recharging or replacing R410A refrigerant high?
A1: R410A is the most widely used eco-friendly refrigerant on the market with sufficient supply. Its recharge and replacement cost is similar to traditional refrigerants. The unit is precisely matched with refrigerant and has excellent sealing performance. Under normal operation, it hardly needs refrigerant recharge, only regular inspection is required.
Q2: Is this unit suitable for pharmaceutical cold chain storage?
A2: Yes, it is highly suitable. Pharmaceutical cold chain has extremely high requirements for temperature stability and data traceability. RMDAC-10 features high-precision temperature control with small fluctuation. The IoT system can record and store all operating data in real time, supporting data export and traceability, which fully complies with pharmaceutical cold chain management standards.

A3: The installation ground must be flat and solid enough to bear the unit's weight. A concrete floor with a thickness of at least 10 cm is recommended. For steel-structured floors, load-bearing plates must be added. Our after-sales team will conduct an on-site survey before installation to ensure the site meets requirements.
Q4: How much can the module staged starting reduce the starting current?
A4: The starting current of conventional direct-start units is 5–7 times the rated current. With the staged starting function, RMDAC-10 limits the starting current to only 2–3 times the rated current, greatly reducing grid impact. The unit can start smoothly even during peak electricity usage periods.
