A1: The unit is powered by 380V three-phase electricity with a maximum input power of 16, 525W. The on-site power grid is required to have a wire diameter of no less than 10mm², as well as an independent distribution box and leakage protection device. The after-sales team will conduct a power grid survey before installation. If the power grid fails to meet the requirements, a professional power grid modification plan will be provided.
