Special air-source heat pump designed for industrial high-temperature hot water applications. Equipped with high-temperature refrigerant and high-temperature compressor, it breaks through temperature limits of conventional air-source heat pumps and stably produces high-temperature hot water at rated 70℃, up to 85℃.

This is the RMDRN‑GWB/GWN series, covering models from 05GWN to 25GWB.

Q1: Can this model directly replace traditional industrial steam boilers?

A1: This model can produce high-temperature hot water up to 85℃, suitable for industrial scenarios requiring high-temperature hot water. It cannot directly replace steam boilers for steam production, but can be used as a preheating device to reduce overall boiler energy consumption. Q2: Can the Northern version stably produce 80℃high-temperature hot water at -15℃?

A2: Yes. The Northern version is specially designed for low-temperature industrial environments in northern regions. It operates stably at -15℃, with a rated output of 70℃high-temperature hot water and a maximum temperature of 80℃, fully meeting the hightemperature hot water demand of northern industrial enterprises.

Q3: Is the heating energy consumption related to the set water temperature? Does higher water temperature mean higher energy consumption?

A3: Energy consumption is positively correlated with the heating temperature difference. Higher set water temperature leads to aslight increase in heating energy consumption per unit water volume. However, even when heating to 85℃, its energy consumption is only about 1/4 of that of traditional electric heating, maintaining a significant energy-saving advantage.

Q4: Will dust and oil in industrial workshops attach to the heat exchanger and affect operating efficiency?

A4: No. The heat exchanger adopts corrugated hydrophilic aluminum anti-corrosion fins, which resist oil and dust adhesion. The fin surface is easy to clean with regular simple wiping, enabling long-term adaptation to complex industrial environments.
