Circulating air source heat pump water heater is a basic type of air energy hot water equipment. It adopts a circulating heating mode consisting of the main unit, water tank pipelines and water pump. Cold water is continuously circulated and heated in the system before being stored in an insulated water tank, enabling constant hot water supply.
The product range covers all models from RMDRN-02SR to RMDRN-30SR, with a rated hot water output of 150L/h to2380L/h, suitable for different water usage scales of 30 to 600 people.
Under working conditions of 20℃dry bulb and 15℃wet bulb, the rated water outlet temperature is 55℃, and can reach up to60℃. The unit can operate stably in an ambient temperature range of-10℃to 45℃.

Q1: How does this model adapt when the number of water users increases temporarily?
A1: A single unit is suitable for a fixed water usage scale. Capacity expansion can be achieved by combining multiple units. The system has strong compatibility and will not affect the operation of original equipment.
Q2: Do I need to reset the hot water temperature manually after power is restored?
A2: No manual reset is needed. The unit is equipped with an automatic power-off memory function. It will automatically restore the operation parameters and temperature settings before power failure once power is back.
Q3: Can this model work normally in northern winters when the temperature is below-10℃?
A3: The normal stable operating temperature range of this model is-10℃to 45℃. If the temperature in northern winters stays below-10℃continuously, we recommend using an auxiliary heater or switching to our ultra-low temperature series to ensure hot water output and heating performance.
Q4: What daily maintenance is required for the equipment, and is it complicated?
A4: Daily maintenance only includes regularly checking whether the circulation pump and pipelines are unobstructed, and cleaning dust from the surface of the heat exchanger fins. The unit has a built-in fault recording function, allowing you to directly view the operation status via the control panel, so no complicated professional maintenance is needed.
